You may return all unused items purchased at flowtobacco.com within 30 days of the original delivery. No Returns or exchanges on any tobacco products.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Flow Tobacco. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unused.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- All freebies left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail value. No international returns on tobacco products.
Returns will be credited to original payment method used.
Any Broken or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.We are not responsible for any broken or missing items if not contacted within that period.

Merchandise purchased from flowtobacco.com may be returned within 14 days starting from the date your package has been received. It is recommended that you initiate the return process as soon as possible to insure that we receive your package in the appropriate time. When processing your return, all products must be in its original condition (unused) and accompanied by a copy of your shipping receipt in the box. Original shipping and handling costs and costs incurred for shipping returns are non-refundable. In the case that you are returning a product because it is damaged, please let us know and we will gladly pay for the shipping charges. If your order is missing merchandise or you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us at +1 844 323 – FLOW or sales@flowtobacco.com within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can start the claims process promptly.
However, delays in reporting the problem will complicate the process and may result in the denial of your claim. Please insure your package for the retail value of the items. Depending on your location, there will be a 5-7 business day transit time for your package to arrive at our Online Returns Center. Once received, returns are processed within one business day and a credit will be posted to your account within 5-7 business days.
